99 Reasons, But Here are my Top 3

99 Reasons, But Here are my Top 3

Please join me in voting for Marty Walsh for Mayor tomorrow, Tuesday, November 5th!

Here are 3 reasons why I’m voting for Marty Walsh:

1) My campaign for Mayor was focused on creating pathways out of poverty, closing the achievement gap in our schools and ensuring that everyone has a voice in the direction of our city. Marty shares our vision and our commitment to social and economic justice.

2) Marty knows what it is like to be knocked down and stand back up. As a child he …

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.
While we didn’t get the result we wanted, allow me to share an election day story with you.
While eating breakfast yesterday at a local diner, a cook named Miguel came out of the kitchen to tell me that all six voters in his family were supporting our campaign because when we spoke about poverty, we were speaking about his family and he was grateful that a campaign saw him too.  Miguel, and the thousands of Bostonians like him, is why we ran.

GOTV (Get Out The Vote) for Felix!

“Felix is the only candidate who has spoken to the issue of not only alleviating poverty, but ending poverty. Poor people should not …

Rain Didn’t Stop Us

“I want to say something to all the mothers in Boston that are trying to figure out how to get by because they are raising their families by themselves, to all of the children who do not know where dinner is coming from tonight, and to all of the families that are struggling to get by and just need a chance, need an opportunity, need a pathway out of poverty. I want you to know that I see you, that I know you exist, that …
